Registration

Registration is closed for Mighty Mite, Jr Peewee and Peewee. We`are still accepting registrations for Bandit, Cadet and All American. Please`call 773-416-6653 with questions regarding registration. 

If signing up, please bring completed forms to Wildwood Park 6950 N. Hiawatha after 2pm M-F call 773/631-7455 before you arrive. Please have the following "Forms" filled out prior to signing your child up for Football or Cheer and  your PayPal receipt (registration money is not accepted at the park)

Forms Package     &    Chicago Park District Form

If you have not Coached for us last year you must fill out this form for the Chicago Park District (this includes Team Mom's)

If you are Coaching this year you will need to fill out this form package for the AYF whether you coached for us in the past or you are a new coach (this includes Team Mom's)

Wildwood Cheer Questioneer

Registration fees are as follows:

For Football: New Player $330.oo Returning Player  $280.00 Cash/Check

For Cheer: New Cheer $284.00 Returning Cheer $208.00 Cash/Check

These fees can be paid for by Check or Cash at registration or you may use a credit card by using PayPal below. The fees if using PayPal do include a usage fee by PayPal that are in the registration cost. If a credit card is used, please bring receipt with registration paperwork to Wildwood Park 6950 N Hiawatha Chicago, IL. M-F after 2pm.

These fees do include all the costs for the 2010 season including raffle.
